Once the particulars of the holder of a status card or white card are entered into the System (one time entry) the information on the status card holder or white card holder is retained in the System and it is no longer necessary to enter this information each time a purchase is made by this customer. This saves the First Nation Retailer considerable time by eliminating the manual recording and reporting of this information plus it eliminates errors and improves customer service.
