RMS GPI BackOffice Controller

At the heart of every RMS GPI System is the BackOffice Controller application. The RMS GPI system BackOffice Controller is the central interface point between the fuel dispensers, system peripherals, the Back Office system, the POS System and other 3rd party applications. A scalable, multi-tier Client-Server architecture allows for flexible deployment of system configurations to suit individual requirements. Each BackOffice Controller software application is parameter defined and requires minimal configuration to implement at a site. The RMS GPI BackOffice Controller application combines superior system performance and technology today, while helping to protect your technology investment tomorrow. The Oracle and Microsoft  SQL database allows for Internet connectivity and supports fuel fulfillment reporting and processing by site, tank and brand on near real-time basis to a central database repository.

Cashier User Interface

The RMS GPI System is interconnected on an Ethernet Local Area Network (LAN) with the RMS GPI BackOffice. Each Cashier Workstation supports Ethernet LAN connectivity, and utilizes a touch screen user interface.

The Cashier work station user interface operates with an easy to use touch-screen display. The advanced display design features visual monitoring of all pump activity with hot buttons to stop fueling as well as user level input for drive-offs and non-payment occurrences.
